Our tiered pricing structure rewards larger orders. Volume discounts apply automatically based on your total order value:
- Standard: Orders from $250
- Bulk Saving: Orders from $1,000

Tier pricing applies to the total order value and is calculated across all products in your cart. Mix and match across the full range to reach higher tiers.
6. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment gateway. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
7. Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed when you receive a written order confirmation from us. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we are unable to verify payment.
8. Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide. Delivery timeframes and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery estimates are indicative only and we are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
9. Product Descriptions
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, grain, and dimensions may occur due to the natural properties of hardwood timber. Bundle quantities are as stated on each product listing.
10. Returns and Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our products. If goods arrive damaged or are materially different from their description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@cacp.com.au with photographs and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Goods must be returned unused and in original condition where a return is approved. Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
11. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CACP’s liability for any claim arising from the supply of products is limited to the price paid for the relevant products. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is owned by or licensed to CACP and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
